we are back and it is sunny at last

so you would think june in maine would be full on summer, right? not so fast. all month long it was lush green and rainy dampness. it was beautiful and perfect for hunkering down to paint, but man, i'm happy to see the sun today in SF!
while in maine i mostly wore my SF winter clothes-- long cardigan, jeans, scarves and boots, but i was pining for summery clothes like below. loving the fashion inspiration that creature comforts has culled together here with my painting!
creature comforts!

I love that outfit and how it was inspired by your painting. I want to wear it, too!

I just discovered creaturecomforts this week, and I love her, too.

Looove the outfit! I just got back from Argentina today and I was wearing the exact same outfit you were wearing while in Maine. It was cool to escape the intense heat for a week, but I'm so happy to be back in the sunshine!!!

thats such a cute idea! art inspired fashion. I might try doing it myself and have my own artwork organising my wardrobe (which it always needs anyway!)
