i will follow you.

i will follow you
*edit: this print is available in the shop now & just learned sweet Penny is in the show mentioned below, too! it's gonna be so good folks!
here's another painting for the enormous tiny show at nahcotta. it looks like i'm in good company for this group show: our friend & Neighbor Adam McCauley!, LA friends Marisa Haedike, Christine Mason Miller! and fellow blogger and flickr friends Kelly Barton and Jennifer Judd-McGee, among other talent!

i also wanna give a shout out to the amazing new website of an illustrator i've admired for years: sarajo friedan. the colors, patterns, imagery and wonky shapes make me swoon.

cheers.

This one is lovely, Mati! Are you going to be able to make it out to Portsmouth for the opening? I can't remember if you mentioned that on your blog or not...I've been playing catch up reading since the holidays and my brain is full to the bursting with information! Anyways - I'm going to the opening to meet up with Jen Judd McGee - who I've never met, but we live just an hour apart. Yay for bloggy meet-ups!

Wow! this is really beautiful! I wish I could make back east for this show because it promises to be a great one. I can't wait to see photos of it through the blogs of the artists who will be showing. I love it when You all share your work. You make the world a better place.

I love this one so much! I might have to make the drive from Boston to go see the show. Now I have to decide whether to buy a print or hold out and save up for an original...

tremendous - i see so much of your work lately branching off into new directions, but of course, retaining that strong sense of mati style (the brilliant colors!)

the symmetry in this one is so wonderful.
