i titled my latest trio of paintings this for the show at madrone tomorrow night.
it feels like this is something i'm always trying to navigate... my inner compass. and art helps me get there. i feel like i tried something new & different in each of these paintings, but some quality reminds me of these two older paintings of mine. you see it?

I'm so in love with the blue that you used! It seems to be the color that I'm bound to drift toward this summer (last year it was orange and green)...and I love the tree in #2!
