ode to my BFF

i know i'm bloggoriffic on my 1st day, but i remembered that i want to dedicate wednesday blogging to wonderful women whom i love & adore.

1st off bekah, my best friend 4-eva, since she let me borrow crayons in kinder she's won my heart.

bekah visited me last week after over a 1 and 1/2 of not seeing each other! last time we met up in oaxaca, mexico when she was in between china, texas and ethiopia... or some combo of exotic places. my boyfriend hugh & i teased her that she was a princess and built an alter ego for her, pretending she was comparing the mole to that of morroccan tagine and bitterly dissapointed. "ah, the pyramids are better in egypt" we pretended she said as we were in the midst of mayan greatness. anyhow, it was funny, you had to be there.

reasons i heart bekah:
1) she drunken dials
2) she's a legal eagle- she just completed her 1st semester of law school!
3) she has the best fashion and buys me perfect presents {a swatch from my beautiful ethiopian halter & bag}


4) she makes me laugh like no other and has a raunchy sense of humor
5) she is an amazing jewlery maker
6) we are great schemers and just get each other like no other!
